Kitchen Design & Equipment Specification

Location: Fishers, Indiana

For this assisted living project, C&T designed the job and specified the food service equipment for the client. The project was bid on and won by C&T, who then procured and installed the equipment as well as provided project management services. This consisted of a central kitchen, where food was prepared and cooked, and four satellite kitchens, where food was transported from the central kitchen for service. The main goal of this system was to provide a more intimate dining environment to its users.
