C&T was contacted for this job to be a food service consultant, and provided a designed job and specific equipment to the client. The project was then bid, and won by C&T, who proceeded to provided project management services and the procurement and installation of the food service equipment. This location was designed to be a small business test kitchen and research center for people who are in search of places to test out recipes before attempting to start a food product for resale. It was one part of an entire small business resource center.
