After a baseline concept was provided, the City of Charleston chose three design build teams to present their conceptual proposals and bids. The teams consisted of a General Contractor, Architect and teams for the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing Food Service etc. Fortunately, C&T was on the winning team along with BBL Carlton Construction and ZMM Architects and Engineers. C&T Design West Virginia assisted in the initial specification process and a consultant was brought in after the award was given to our team. The project was a $100 million renovation, and the foodservice part of the project was over $1 million.
