Energy & Labor Efficiency at forefront for dish room Renovation

Overview:

This bid project, which was won by C&T, required an entire dish room renovation. The goal of the project was to increase both labor efficiency and in energy efficiency, for the dish room staff while eliminating any potential noise overflow into the serving area. C&T procured and installed the food service equipment in addition to providing project management services.
