2nd Annual VIP Event

C&T Design and HRI, Inc. recently hosted our 2nd Annual VIP Event here at the C&T Indianapolis office. Nearly 50 food service directors from around the state came in over the course of two sessions for this great educational opportunity. Several weeks before the big event, we start bringing in foodservice equipment and begin turning our office into a makeshift training center. Plastic was hung to partition off a portion of the warehouse to make it feel more like a temporary showroom than a place for storing and staging equipment.

HRI brought in several of the manufacturers they rep to partner with us on this event. The manufacturers present and accounted for were, in alphabetical order: Baxter, Hobart, Metro, Multiteria, Ovention, Structural Concepts, and Vulcan. CSI Signs and Rich's Foods were also invaluable partners at this event.

CSI Signs provided all of the signage, wrapped a Traulsen milk cooler to give away, and will provide the milk cooler's winner with their own customer wrap for the cooler! Rich's Foods provided most of the food prepared during the event and brought along some handy heat lamps and chafing dishes for serving. They also brought little goodie bags for the attendees to take home. A huge thank you to all participating manufacturers for taking several days out of your schedules to come and hang with us at this amazing event that would not be possible if it weren't for all of you. 

Because this is such a hugh investment of time for the attendees, we make sure to mix in some fun before the intensive educational seminars begin. Session 1 and 2 kicked off Monday and Wednesday afternoons, respectively, by meeting at the hotel to check in and get ready for some fun. After dinner in Fountain Square, we walked across the street to duckpin bowl. A literal ball was had by all!

Session 1

The next day, Tuesday for Session 1 and Thursday for Session 2, everyone came to C&T Design bright and early for registration and breakfast cooked by Chef Clay. It was a day chock full of information but the attendees from both sessions were absolute troopers. Spending the entire day with us learning and munching on treats is tiring and enough to put anyone in a carb coma. We sincerely appreciate the fact that all of you took time out of your incredibly busy schedules to attend this event. We hope you found it to be worth your while and had some fun in the process.
