Bar & Kitchen Food Service Design & Layout

Overview:

For this project, C&T designed the food service equipment layout of both the bar and the kitchen areas, which included the addition of a crescent-shaped bar. An indoor/outdoor barbecue smoker and outdoor walk-ins were also specially designed. The company provided project management services as well as procured and installed the kitchen and bar equipment.
