For this project, C&T provided restaurant design and project management services, as well as the procurement and installation of both the bar and the food service equipment. For this, C&T was able to organize a demonstration of some of the oven options with the client’s menu before purchasing a final product. The restaurant seating, bar, dish room, cook line, production areas, commissary bakery and catering areas were all managed by C&T throughout the course of the project.
