Location: Carmel, Indiana
This project required C&T to work at night in order to accommodate the restaurant’s schedule so that they didn’t need to close during their normal business hours. For this project, C&T modified the both the cook line and the a la carte line. A stainless steel drop-in was added in order to support the new restaurant commercial kitchen and food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical components.
