For this project, C&T provided design, engineering and project management services. The company also provided and installed the necessary food service equipment. This project was designed with the culinary education experience in mind, which allowed C&T to incorporate new and upcoming advancements in the food equipment. Specifically, the hood was designed to accommodate anything and everything equipment-wise that could be added.
