As part of this project, C&T participated in the new construction of the restaurant, which allowed them to provide a full restaurant design with specifications. The project replaced the original location with one located right next door. Because of the convenient location, the new space was prepared up to the point that they needed to close the original location in order to finish the parking lot construction and had the restaurant opened again within a two week time period.
