Franciscan Health Lafayette East quickly noticed the strain on the room service area of their kitchen after the facility added 50 new patient beds. C&T was commissioned to renovate the room service area to improve the efficiency of the space by increasing the area’s output without altering the footprint. The new layout allows staff to deliver more meals in less time. Franciscan Health Lafayette East had previously contracted C&T to upgrade the existing flight-type dishmachine and pulper that were in need of replacement. After performing an equipment assessment, our sales consultant was able to determine the best option for this particular application.
