For this project, C&T helped to complete the ground-up construction of a new retail space that is home to both a Cinema and a Brasserie. In the Cinema, C&T was responsible for designing and executing an installation plan for all equipment needed in the concession space. In the Brasserie, C&T was tasked with designing, consulting, and executing a plan for the kitchen and bar spaces. A unique feature of this project is the implementation of a remote draft system for the bar's beer and wine offerings.
