Located in the historic Botteworks District in Indianapolis, Modita joined the ranks of numerous businesses that have given the old Coca-Cola bottling plant new life.
On this full-service project, C&T completed work in Modita's kitchen and bar space. A few special additions to note for this project were the implementation of a Binchotan charcoal grill, a special piece used in Japanese-style cooking, two large wok burners, and a CaptiveAire Systems hood specifically installed for the Binchotan grill.
