Emily put together a very beautiful design, was well-organized, communicated thoroughly at every step, and provided spectacular follow-up!

Emily has been a real development partner throughout all of our growth. She is very in tune to what we want to accomplish in a project and helps to design in a way that allows us to really achieve our goals….she is utterly instrumental in designing our spaces and implementing our unique processes. For example, when we first met with C&T, Emily immediately understood our goal. With a farm to fork concept in mind, Emily saw what we wanted to accomplish and helped us find the best way to implement our chef-focused vision of a modern kitchen experience.

This was a ground-up restaurant development project. We did 3 locations and a central kitchen from scratch. Mark and the team helped me design the entire kitchen, dining room and back into a budget that worked. The process was smooth and painless, and we opened in no time!

I built 12 Pie Five Pizza restaurants in 4 years as both the owner/operator and did all the GC work. Mark was a pleasure to work with and made the process simple. The time saved on install meant we were up and running quicker. Thanks, Mark and team!

I have worked with C&T Design and Tom Cook on multiple projects over the years. Having been a part of many renovations and kitchen designs, I would not think about doing another project unless C&T Design was a partner. Tom’s attention to detail before, during, and after the project is amazing.
