For this project, C&T worked in the bar and kitchen areas. To help the client feel more comfortable with making a decision on what equipment to buy, C&T organized a demonstration of some of the oven options with the client’s menu. The restaurant seating, bar, dish room, cook line, production areas, commissary bakery and catering areas were all managed by C&T throughout the course of the project.
