Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
This project was designed in partnership with an architect. From there, C&T specified, procured, and installed the food service equipment while managing the project. Featured at this location was an outdoor bar and grill, which allowed C&T to use unique exhausting methods to provide outdoor ventilation. In addition, the various bar equipment used needed to be rather durable in order to either withstand being outdoors for the summer months or, if the piece is not mobile, be able to withstand the elements year-round.
