This restaurant opened as a twist on an already successful local chain, but offered a slightly differing menu. For this project, C&T provided restaurant design and project management services. In addition, the company procured and installed the needed food service equipment. There was a challenge to the restaurant ventilation of the location, which required that it be taken up four stories to the roof of the building. Then, C&T helped the building contractor and designer design the ventilation chase.
