The overwhelming majority* of the C&T Design sales and consulting team recently traveled to Los Angeles to attend a trade show involving all things foodservice in February. NAFEM, the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers, brings, what feels like, everyone (and their mothers) in the foodservice industry under one roof every two years. More than 600 manufacturers (so they tell me - I lost count after 500!) and 20,000 foodservice professionals come together to learn about, discuss and see for themselves the latest trends, equipment and technologies in our industry. This trade show is a great opportunity to not only keep up-to-date on what is new in the industry but to also continue fostering relationships with manufacturers and other industry professionals.
At the end of the day, we do all of these things so that we may better serve our clients' needs and arrive at the optimal solution for their foodservice establishment based on their footprint, budget and needs.
*Some were busy at that time managing client projects, but they were filled in on the latest and greatest by those able to attend. We send as many on our team as possible because an investment in us is an investment in our customer's satisfaction.
