Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
This project was bid, and won by C&T, who proceeded to provided project management services and the procurement and installation of the needed food service equipment. This location was designed to be a small business test kitchen and research center for people who are in search of places to test out recipes before attempting to start a food product for resale. It was one part of an entire small business resource center. The test kitchen structured at this location also provided catering services for the center’s board meetings.
