C&T provided design and project management services, as well as procuring and installing the necessary food service equipment for the client. The project is located in the lower level of a residential building, meaning that the ventilation installation was challenging. For aesthetic reasons, the exhaust chase had to blend into the building in order to be up to local standards and regulations.
