What is FE&S?

The Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (FE&S) media group is a digital platform that  "connects equipment and supplies manufacturers and service providers with the full distribution channel, including news, trends, and best practices for foodservice equipment dealers, specifiers, operators, and supply chain partners." Each year, they put together a full scope outlook on the current landscape of the industry and who is coming out on top when it comes to client satisfaction and financials. 

2025 Distribution Outlook

The foodservice equipment and supplies industry weathered a “mixed” year in 2024, marked by economic uncertainty and a cautious business environment, particularly due to pending elections. Yet, many dealers stayed focused on long-term strategies—tracking bookings over revenue and investing in solid customer relationships.

Despite challenges, the industry posted a 3.84% increase in total sales, reaching $15.74 billion across the top 100 dealers. While 53% of dealers experienced growth, the rest faced slight declines.

Based on the financial data acquired in 2024, FE&S highlights the current standings of the distribution landscape. C&T placed 12th amongst 100 of the industry's finest!
